Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Komiža

Korina’s place was spotlessly, clean and lovingly cared for. Communication was easy & responses were quick. She met us when we arrived and gave us a quick orientation. She also offered to do a load of laundry for us, which was fabulous since we had been traveling for a week. Parking was on site and it was a quick walk down the steps & quaint walkways to the main part of town. Highly recommend Korina’s home to you.

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Marina’s place is as described. It is lovely and homey! It is done with a lot of thought to every detail and has everything you may need during your stay. That also makes your life easier as you are settling. The vacation really starts when you come to the accommodation. Apartment itself is amazingly positioned with everything you need within few minutes of distance (bakery, cafes, waterfront, city beach). Marina is a nice and responsive host, and we loved staying there while being on the island of Vis!

I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone. We were super comfortable here and the balcony was Everything 🙌. The view and location is perfect. Car space right at your door. The bed was super comfy too. Kids were happy is a seperate room with the sofa bed. Very clean also. We will definitely return in future. The two Aircon’s are great. We Loved our stay 😊

Exactly as described. Very close to the town centre, but tucked away enough that it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. The balcony has a roof, so it’s a little difficult to get sun during the first half of the day, though the beaches are minutes away. There isn’t designated parking, though we managed to find spots close by easy enough, plus just down the street is 5€ parking for 24hrs. The bed is very very comfy, and the pillows are like heaven. The kitchen has everything you need, oven etc, so if you fancy a nice home cooked meal, you are sorted! Check-in is simple, with the key in a key box (our experience). You can drive to a number of beaches, or simply head down to Hvar harbour side for a swim. There is a portable clothes hanger so you can easily dry anything. I recommend this highly if you are looking for a nice balance of the huddle of Hvar town, while being able to come back and relax on the balcony.

We’ve had the best time at Antonia’s place in Hvar! Clear communication and always there if we need any help or local recommendations. Beautiful, light, clean and large apartment. Great balcony with a view. A free bottle of homemade wine in the fridge was such a nice touch! Antonia went over and above to help us!!! Doing kind gestures that we have never had any host do for us before. We had the best time at this apartment and can’t wait to be back! They pick you up and drop you off when you arrive so no bags carried. Book this apartment and your time in Hvar will be perfect. Everything you can want!

Tudo excelente! O apartamento tinha um cheirinho gostoso, bastante limpo, tudo novinho. As instruções para a chegada foram super claras, a localização era ótima! Lugar tranquilo e cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada até o centro velho. Foi uma ótima estadia!

What a luxury experience, with spectacular views ✨️ We were warmly welcomed to Vis and got a lift from the ferry to our acommodation. It was lovely to have a washing machine our host kindly providing washing pods. We loved our stay - Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay in Stoncica. The apt and location were exactly as described yet somehow more stunning than the photos. Eliza and her family helped us take our bags from our car to the house and were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped -with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. My only regret is not staying longer than ten days! 10/10 truly my best airbnb experience!

A fabulous apartment which was perfect for us. Having your own beach shared with the other apartments was perfect. About 25 minute walk into Hvar. We had a lovely time - we are at the nearby pizzaria where the food and views were amazing. We visited mlini beach by water taxi which was great. The hotel next door does lovely coffee. Our favourite bar Falkos was about a 10 minute walk. So many restaurants in Hvar it’s hard to choose. Shop nearby with all basics. Nira is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this place if you want a relaxing beach stay just outside of the busy town.

1 van de beste air bnb's waar ik ooit ben verbleven. Natali is super vriendelijk, denkt mee en heeft een top appartement. Echt alles is aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Afstand naar de stad is ongeveer 10 minuten, wel wat hoogteverschil maar heel goed te doen! Natali, bedankt voor alles!

Wish I had more time on Vis and on this beautiful apartment. Everything is immaculately designed and decorated. The bed was so comfortable and linens so soft. So well kept and nicer than the hotel we stayed at on the next leg of our trip. Vis a little slice of heaven and if I return one day I would definitely stay at Idas again.

Tatjana is as a wonderful host and the apartment has a stunning view of the harbour and Pakleni Islands. You could literally spend your whole day gazing at the view. The location is abit away from the centre as others have mentioned however the view and being away from the throngs of the tourists outweighed the walk into town, which if you take the seaside walkway is a quite beautiful 25 min walk.. Highly recommended.

Andrej’s Lucijana’s place was by far the best place we stayed at in Croatia as we were travelling through. They picked us up from the ferry and had lots of recommendations for the island. The room was cosy and had everything we needed - good coffee machine, super comfy bed, great shower and bathroom, kitchen with fridge and freezer with lots of space. One night we wanted to use the fireplace / barbecue in the garden and Lucijana kindly set up everything for us. We couldn’t recommend this place more and would definitely love to visit again!!

If you are after the very best in location, the very best in hospitality and the most relaxing start then this is the place for you. Lana and her family go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is everything you want. Extremely well thought out recommendations to eat, visit and enjoy. The location is amazing, just a 2 min walk into the old town. There are also bikes you can use form the accommodation, which makes getting around and visiting other locations so easy, we had the best stay!

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Loved we didn’t have to walk up any stairs to enter apartment. There is a beautiful patio to sit outside. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The host extremely friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage since we arrived early .

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Slavica was an absolutely lovely host. This place is like staying with an auntie, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. When we got there she gave us local recommendations and advise on what we must see and do. Her place is amazing value for money. The spot is easily walkable to everywhere you want to be in Hvar. It is on a hill but with that hill comes a beautiful view. We will definitely be back, thank you! xo

Boravak u apartmanu bio je izvrstan – prostor je bio izuzetno čist, udoban i potpuno opremljen za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je savršena - mirna, a od jezgre grada udaljena svega desetak minuta pješice. Gospođa Marija je iznimno ljubazna, ugodna i gostoljubiva. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće i sigurno ćemo se rado vratiti. 😄
