Vacation rentals with beach access in Komiža

This location was PERFECT. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry and centrally located to everything, including a luggage storage shop and ferry ticket office directly downstairs! Tomislav was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. Beautiful, clean space and location, I highly recommend it!

Staying at Zrinka and Mirko's place was amazing! The apartment itself has spectacular views of the sea and sunset. We could have stayed out on the porch lounging all day! But, the apartment also has amazing access to the seaside trail that allows you to walk into Hvar in 15 minutes. The trail was one of our favorite parts of Hvar! Zrinka and Mirko was also incredible communicators and made us feel so welcome. They even allowed us to check in early, and drove us to the place! We would absolutely stay here again; it was such an awesome place!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! The apartment is new and very nicely equipped, it is very clean - we felt very comfortable right upon arrival! It is well air-conditioned, with beautiful views of the ocean and harbor! It is ideally located, approx. 100 m from the center or the promenade, and it is also only about 100 m to the parking lot. Especially to highlight is the warm hospitality of Zdravko and Vilma. We can only highly recommend it - thank you for the wonderful time with you!

Ante is a fantastic host! The pictures do not do the place justice. The view is gorgeous, the walk to town is peaceful with great scenery. We were only there for 3 nights, and ate an Ante’s recommended spots for two of them and they were delicious. Highly recommend staying here for your Hvar visit.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Edgar and Jasminka’s beautiful home in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome—it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was immaculate, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the space was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were stunning, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. What truly made our stay special was Edgar and Jasminka themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and generosity were unforgettable—we left feeling not just rested, but deeply cared for. We had such an amazing stay at blue peace!! The apartment really exceeded our expectations, the view was incredible and the space was so spacious and had everything we needed. The little lavender toiletress were so nice a d added a special touch. The walk into Hvar is not that far and lots of places to stop along the way for a drink or to take a picture. The view from the balcony is out of this world, so peaceful and amazing sunset!! Thank you for. a wonderful stay ❤️❤️

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dana and her husband went above and beyond to host us, including picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry. The condo itself is immaculate, modern, every single detail has been thought of. Location is great, quiet- but just a 5 minute stroll to the water and 10 minutes into town. We rented both units and my father stayed below (with Dana occupying the two floors in between). Completely separate entrances, very private. If you’re mobility limited, this isn’t the place for you — there are many flight of outdoor stairs to get to the top. Even with a 1 year old though, we didn’t mind. Dana also provided an immaculate travel crib, bedding, and high chair for our little man. We’re so so so happy with our stay!!!

The best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location 15 mins walk from town centre, 5 mins from beach and beach bar, 1 min from supermarket. Natali was extremely welcoming and helpful! She checked us in in person and was very responsive. She even messaged to let us know that the supermarket may not be open due to a public holiday. The flat is beautiful and very well stocked, and the terrace is a real highlight! Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Giuliana and Marin’s place is impeccably clean with an amazing view from the balcony. We had such a pleasant time at their place. The location is so accessible from the town, with a supermarket right in front of their house. Its so nice to be in an airbnb where everything is so neat and clean. Highly recommend. Giuliana and Marin are also super responsive and caring hosts!

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

We had the most wonderful days in Villa Agave - what an extraordinary and calm place! It is really impressing to have a beautiful beach with cristal clear water so close, and although the water was of course a bit chilly in October we swam a lot. The shallow Milna bay is perfect as well with kids as also for swimmers. Zaglav beach also is wonderful and only a 15 minutes walk around the corner. Andrea and Matija were always quick with answers and helped us a lot with good recommendations and tipps. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Visited Vis once again. I was lucky enough to be able to rent this apartment again. It is just a beautiful little spot. It has everything you need, is sparkling clean and has the most beautiful balcony/ terrace. We landed this time a little outside the tourist season, and managed a few days with total silence, and afterwards to enjoy the sight of the many boats that docked, an absolutely fantastic experience again, especially if you like me to sit and enjoy the sight of life unfolding in the harbor, on water, on land and with the most beautiful view. Many thanks to Ana and her mother once again. We hope to see you again soon.

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

Bruno's place was a really special experience, looking out into the sea from your bedroom window at the little fish with a coffee and listening to the waves on waking and going to sleep. The summer kitchen is also a bonus, it's down on the ground floor right beside the private swimming bay. Bruno was so friendly and picked us up at the Port and gave great recommendations for local cusine and places to visit. It felt very safe and was easy to walk around the bay. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early than we had booked as I was unwell but Bruno even refunded us for the night without a second thought which was so kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend his place. It is a little sweet slice of authenticity in a modern world.

Antonia's place is perfect: comfortable, stylish, fully equipped, with a breathtaking view. However, the main argument to stay there is that you will be spoiled. Spoiled because Antonia is in all the details, driving you to and from the flat upon arrival/departure, sharing the wine they produce, providing insightful tips on how to make the best out of your days in Hvar and always checking out if you need anything. Also, having to know actual people for a Hvar is an experience I recommend to anyone planning on visiting this beautiful island.

We had a wonderful week at Lucija's place . Very beautiful location and lovely apartment with gorgeous large terrace overlooking outstanding views of the bay . Lucija is such a lovely host and we were warmly greeted on our arrival - we immediately felt very much at home . The apartment and terrace complete with sun loungers as well as comfy patio chairs & table for dining , has everything you need and very clean ,comfortable, peaceful and safe. There are many areas on the rocks across the road from where you can swim and the supermarket and lovely local bars and restaurants are conveniently just down the road as awell as Hvar town being just twenty minute coastal walk. We enjoyed visiting beautiful Pokonji Dol beach which is a picturesque twenty minute walk - 20 euros for beach loungers and 10 euros for umbrella . Nice beach restaurant too . We feel so grateful to have had such a pefect holiday staying in lucija's home and highly recommend .

Increible apartment in Hvar. It was very near the main pier. The view outstanding and Francesco was incredibly kind with us sharind local recommendations and offering help at any time. We were 5 in the apartment and were really comfortable. Definetively a place I would like to visit again with my family!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

This rental property is so great. Our family arrived overtired, soaked from the rain, not feeling well from a very rough catamaran ride from Dubrovnik, and we were so hungry. This accommodation turned it all around! They left us a box of pasta and red sauce (we were all beyond grateful) and a stocked kitchen with so many helpful and special and generous add-ons. Beds were comfy. There is a market very close by for immediate food and beverages. The view was beautiful. It's an easy walk to and from the Ferry Port of Hvar... and all of the fun places in town. We rented e-bikes from Antonio Rent... which we highly recommend... also not far from this airbnb. Exploring by e-bike is such an efficient and fun way to visit so many places in one day... then coming home to this airbnb for a solid place to sleep, was perfect. This airbnb and the bike tour were so instrumental in turning things around, and making Hvar our favorite stop in Croatia. Coffee machine is Top Notch!

Great location, clean, and inviting. Felt right at home on arrival. WiFi and AC worked great which was really helpful navigating the area and AC was incredible during the heat wave going on. The host provided directions to the apartment in picture form which came in handy when we arrived off the ferry, didn’t have a way to navigate at the time. Host was accommodating and responded quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!

It was a nice place to stay at Hvar, near to the port and main square, Slavica and her husband where very attentive

Great location, a quiet area right beside a beach and two supermarkets, but also only a 10 minutes coastal walk into the heart of the town. Vesna was a great host!
