Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

"Spiti Elaionas" is a charming renovated stone house located at 300 meters from the golden sandy beach of Karfas. The house can lodge 4 adultes/4 kids maximum. Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation.

For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.
