Dimitri was very kind. We needed a third bed and it was ready for us. Nothing was missing. He had thought of all the details. A place where if you lost your suitcase you could survive a week. It is very generous to have so many details and we really appreciate it.

We were very happy with our stay. The house is really beautiful. Large, spacious, convenient, spotless. Each room has air conditioning. Great location. Very close to Çeşme bazaar. The host Ms. Sibel was very friendly, caring and foresighted about our needs. Nice to meet you. We'd definitely prefer this house for our next vacation. I recommend it 100% to those who will come. Had a great 5-day stay at Argietta's Airbnb. It's a spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony and just a stone’s throw from Chios's picturesque harbor. Though located right near the center of town in an area chock a block with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, pharmacies et al, the Airbnb is quiet and peaceful. I heard no noise at night or during the day for that matter. Argietta is a wonderful host, who is extremely responsive and makes you feel right at home. Any inquiry I had was responded to in just a few minutes, if not seconds. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent location. Wonderful host. The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, nice and clean and beautiful view. Niko was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly and helped with recommendations! We cannot say enough good things about the location and the host.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

Kostas is someone who responds quickly to every question and provides solutions. The house was clean, the location is ideal if you plan a holiday by car, but it is 15 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the center, it may be difficult to walk. Thanks for everything, Kostas 😊

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.. the house is spacious enough for two people and has an amazing view from the balcony.. we will definitely stay again here next time..

During our stay, we felt at home, it has a very peaceful environment. Every corner has very nice areas where you can take lots of photos and make memories. Mr. Emre, the owner of the☺️ hotel, is also a very caring business owner, and he gave us great directions for places to go for fun. We had a great time. A beautiful neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, this is what we were looking for, we were already enjoying it... There are beautiful bays around, we visited, close to the villages, pyrgi, mesta, olimpi... you can also go to emperios to eat very close...

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

We had an amazing & comfortable stay at Maria’s! She was super hospitable and we had everything we needed. We loved that we were less than a 1 minute walk to Komi beach with a ton of amazing bars & restaurants! 10/10 will stay here again!

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

Ioanna's house, Villa Mastika was a wonderful experience, I was alone, but even more people would have been great. Ioanna's parents were super welcoming and kind, I found an entire apartment just for me super clean, very close to the center of Komi, a beautiful covered patio where I could relax in the evening. The WiFi was great! As well as the air conditioning and the window screen, finally a structure in Greece where you are not woken up at dawn by sunlight. Very comfortable bed, great shower, super kitchen with lots of appliances, only one washing machine was missing, but that's fine. I found a lot of surprises for me in the refrigerator, there were drinks beyond water and everything I needed for various breakfasts that I didn't expect and I was surprised and happy. In addition, being a real house and not a simple studio there was everything you need to also make me coffee, cooking oil, etc... in short, fadantastic experience, I really miss Villa Mastika. Thank you❤🫂

Mrs. Berrak was a very friendly and kind host, she sincerely helped us with everything we needed, she made us feel both very peaceful and very safe. Gubiba houses are very close to everywhere, within walking distance, and allowed us to easily walk to social events and restaurants in a few minutes, and to spend time quietly resting in the house. In addition, the house was clean, tidy and organized to meet all our accommodation needs. I sincerely recommend Gubiba homes to anyone who wants to have a social and safe, peaceful and comfortable holiday. Thank you Ms. Berrak for the great hosting. :)

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
