Vacation rentals with a patio in Komi

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Very good communication with Mr. Dimitris, flexible arrival-departure times in relation to our flight times. Very good space.

As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. The iPhone's normal maps take you to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. Our stay at Artemis was great! The hosts are kind and friendly, check in was easy. The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and newly refurbished - the space was perfect for a family of three + very kids friendly.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mr. Mustafa took care of us closely during the holiday and was very helpful for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. In addition, our neighbors staying in the next apartments were very friendly, so every moment of the holiday was very enjoyable. Now, when I go on vacation in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!
