Vacation rentals with a patio in Komaji

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

The perfect little apartment - even nicer than the photos! So peaceful with the flowers and birds chirping. A bottle of wine included was a sweet touch. Very clean and organized. It is a bit of a walk to the main part of town and the nearest grocery store, but it’s a lovely walk along the water and lots of beach options along the way. I would recommend this suite to anyone!

We loved our stay at Stefan's place with our 13 months old. We arrived early, but was able to store our luggage. Stefan was very responsive, and you can't beat the location! The place had everything we nedeed and very clean. I would highly recommend Stefan's place to everyone.

A wonderful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming with amazing views over the town and harbour. We loved sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine and admiring the area . Cavtat is just a special place to enjoy a relaxing break away and we hope to be back soon. Thank you Luce.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Vastasi hyvin samaa kun kuvissa. Majoittaja ja hänen perheensä oli todella mukavia. Olivat kokoajan paikalla. Hyvin ystävällisiä ja vieraanvaraisia. Alue oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Lähin pieni kauppa oli kävelymatkan päässä, mutta muuten alueella ei ollut kävleymatkan päässä melkein mitään. Uberilla/taxilla jotuu liikkumaan.

Our accommodations were spot on. Beds were comfortable and perfect for our three couples. The location is perfectly located just outside of the gates of old town. Monika is a wonderful host. Responsive and welcoming.

An absolute gem Airbnb in Cavtat! A superbly appointed 2 storey apartment with two bedrooms. We sat regularly on the private terrace adjacent to the apartment with stunning views over the bay. The location is harbour side, close to restaurants including Mislav’s just 50 metres from our front door. We highly recommend you take some meals there as the seafood is delicious and so fresh! Beautiful walks, swimming spots nearby, regular ferry service to Dubrovnik worth a day. And numerous more aquatic activities on the doorstep. We would highly recommend this superb apartment. Looking forward to a return soon we hope :-D

Zelijko’s place was comfortable bed mattress and pillow good with all the amenities as stated. Washer was a bonus and the view from the deck incredible. The lounge chairs could use a re fresh for new but didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Easy access to town. We had a challenge with the water heater which was user error as there was a switch on the wall that we had accidentally turned off. Response from owners was quick with follow up. Thanks again for a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

La maison est un bijou ! Attention pour ceux qui voyage en Croatie, cette maison ce situe en Bosnie (passage de douane) Les instructions étaient clair Beaucoup de petite bête type araignée, sauterelles, scarabées et scolopendres mais nous sommes en pleins milieu de la nature Je recommande nous y avons bien dormi et la bâtisse est splendide

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Anita was super friendly and responsive to our communication prior to arriving. She organised airport transfers and accommodated our change in guest numbers ( we added a baby between booking and staying!) without fuss. We were greeted upon arrival (after hours) and the very lovely host helped us with bags and showed us to and around the apartment. The apartment is very new, clean and lovely to stay in. It is very centrally located for all the restaurants and the harbour. Swimming spots are many and all within walking distance. The apartment is on the 1st floor so there are a set of internal stairs to navigate when you first enter but the staircase is wide and we had no problem with our baby - we were able to leave the stroller at the bottom. We will be back!

We loved staying at Marijana’s beautiful home! It’s even better than the photos! She was so kind and flexible with us dropping off our bags early, and gave great recommendations on restaurants. The home is in a perfect location but as others have said, be prepared for lots of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Le logement proposé par Dragan, vaut le détour, c’est un beau logement très bien entretenu. Dragan est très réactif aux demandes que vous pouvez avoir, il vous fournira une multitude de liens utiles, pour l’emplacement du logement, des vues sur Dubrovnik, des magasins alentours, des bons plans pour les visites etc etc Bref. N’hésitez surtout pas, vous ne serez pas déçus et la maman de Dragan est tout aussi gentille et accueillante…

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Nice clean apartment with all necessities. parking is after a steep and narrow slope so drive carefully.

Es war einfach perfekt! Die beste Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor und eine super tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin! 10/10!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.
