Villa vacation rentals in Kolympia

Starting with the host - great friendly gentleman. Clear set of instructions on arrival. This guided us to local restaurants, taxi services, places to visit. The Villa is very well equipped. The outside grounds are really well looked after. The swimming pool for ideal for our family (young teenager and 8 year old children). The view from the terrace was beautiful. On some mornings we were able to see dolphins swimming close to shore. Inside was very modern. The tilt and turn style windows with the shutters were ideal. The villa is close to several restaurants. Stefanos sea food is great if you like fish. There is a really nice Pizza place with a beautiful back garden. Recommend hiring a car if you’re going. We didn’t, lots nearby but there’s more to see. We took taxis to local towns which was reasonable in cost. I found the area that the villa was to quiet (my wife loved that however). If you do go, there are lots of busier towns. Recommend Lindos. The beech is unreal.

Hara is a wonderful host! We were very warmly welcomed in the extremely clean and lovingly furnished villa. There was everything we needed. As a welcome, not only fresh fruit but also wine and honey from Rhodes awaited us. In Stegna Beach, the small place nearby, there was delicious authentic food in the small restaurants. We had a fantastic week! In particular, we will miss the breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby bay with crystal clear waters. We highly recommend a stay at the quiet villa!

We loved staying at Le Petit Refuge - it was just what we needed - and Nikos and Stefanie were always responsive when needed ( we couldn’t get the wifi to work but they had it sorted within an hour). Beds were comfy and beautiful views from both bedrooms. Shower was lush! Sitting outside for breakfast in the little courtyard under the awning made us feel completely Mediterranean. We had - probably the only rain of the year on our first two days but amazingly there is a 5* spa for 20 euros really close by which was wonderful. May (2025) when we went is perfect time of year to go if you don’t like intense heat and prefer a quieter town. I am vegetarian and you can find dishes in the restaurants but it wouldn’t be so easy to have variety if I was vegan. I spoke to one restaurant and he said he had created a vegan menu but it wasn’t ready yet so maybe things are changing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikos’s place and would stay there again if we came back to Stegna.

Host was very communicative, lovely villa , great location right near an almost private beach just a minute walk away. Overall fab experience

Super nice hosts! We felt very comfortable. The supermarket 2 minutes around the corner is especially practical. The beach with nice restaurants is also immediately accessible. Thanks for everything!

Moana House was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I found it so peaceful after a busy first week of sightseeing, and the local town was divine! If you enjoy hiking, Moana House is perfectly placed for those mountain adventures, as it's an easy walk from popular mountain trails. The pool was particularly welcoming after those hot days. The house was spotless and provided everything you could need. Annie, who helps Antonios, was so helpful, responsive and incredibly kind to us. We were able to arrive and leave with ease and her great recommendations for restaurants and activities were superb. I could not recommend Moana House enough! Thank you for an incredible stay!

An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

We stayed at Antonio’s Airbnb in Rhodes and had an amazing experience! He welcomed us with some delicious food and was always quick to help if we had any questions. He also gave us great local tips for places to visit, which really made our trip even better. He was always available and super friendly. Definitely recommend his place!

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

The vacation we wished wouldn’t end! Traveling in April led us to Serene with the heated pool and it was definitely worth it. Manos was responsive and the home was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Definitely rent a car if you are looking to see Lindos and are visiting before May 1, that’s when the nearby restaurants open.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Absolutely fantastic stay! Leontios was an exceptional host—communication was smooth and easy from the start, and his directions made finding the house fairly straightforward. Note that it seems like you have to drive on the beach, but you are on the right path as you quickly turn left up his driveway. The property in Lindos was even better than expected. The outdoor areas were the highlight for us—beautifully maintained lawn, a sparkling, refreshing pool, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was perfect: just a short walk to beach bars and some great local restaurants, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private escape. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Leontios place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway in Lindos. Five stars all the way!

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

We stayed one week at the lovely Villa in Charaki. Kostas and his wife are very friendly and helpful and made our holiday very special and wonderful. We were greeted with a little welcome package (Cold drinks and a bottle of wine). Also we got fresh Oranges to make fresh juice every morning. The location was perfect to visit the whole Island and to enjoy a private vacation!

First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this lovely villa! From the moment we arrived, our host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly responsive—whenever we needed anything, she replied right away and was always happy to help. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful garden, which offered great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind—it really made our trip extra special. We had a brilliant week-long stay at this gorgeous villa. The villa is stunning and spacious, perfect for our two families. With a separate annex area if you’re wanting some private space. Our host Panos was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially with two infants. The outside area and pool is fantastic and a great area to relax with the pool cleaned daily. Panos went above and beyond by organizing a rental car and recommending numerous places to visit, including some hidden gems in Rhodes. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's centrally situated between Lindos and Rhodes Town, both of which are must-visit destinations. Our host made sure we settled in well, familiariser with the facilities and was available for any issues. Would recommend to all.

This villa is AMAZING! Host is wonderful. We felt home from the moment we walked in and had all the comfort we needed for a relaxing holiday. She left water, biscuits, fruit and food for a breakfast. House is brand new, super clean, beds stylish&comfortable, whole house is decorated with love. Bathroom is big with two showers in one which made it fun to take showers with kids. There is a Toaster, coffee machine with capsules, filter coffee. a nice bakery 5 mins walk for morning cappuccinos everyday. Pool is in front, has great view over the mountains and in full privacy, garden at the back with a seating area, table and a brand new barbecue. Location is quiet, good to explore the island, some of the beautiful beaches in 10’ drive, supermarket, tavernas, nice pizzeria in the town. All easy! But above all, Georgia and her family are super sweet and made us feel home, responsive and helpful but very discreet. She is the most generous and kind host we’ve ever met. THANK YOU Georgia XX

this was booked as a last minute holiday with limited availability on the island so expectations were not too high. From the outset, Greg and his team responded immediately to questions and offered plenty of useful guidance and assistance. the villa was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. nicely situated just outside the village which is full of English speaking locals all very friendly and a few minutes drive from Faliraki and beaches. 4 large bedrooms meant we had plenty of space each but all combined with a lovely communal area outside centered on the pool. The owner arrived on the second day to introduce himself and even sourced us some charcoal for the planned BBQ that evening. would happily go back, was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family and we were even offered a free late checkout to accommodate evening flight home. thankyou

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

Very good host, Aleka was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. House was immaculate and lots of toys for the kids. She very kindly left us a basket of essentials for when we arrived.
