Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
