This romantic summerhouse is located in the first row to the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the cliff island of Orust. With a view of the calm sea and with its own jetty, it is difficult to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, luxurious bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.
