At the end of the room there is an entrance to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be shared for 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. Home of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction plates. The annex is located as an angle on the carport/tool room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two in the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/ towels/ tea towels are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washer/dryer like the glass house for free use, however, along with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
