The house is located at the bottom of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, racket center, ball and basketball court. On the grounds are lovely garden with sunny nooks, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, child-friendly area, sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside doors there is a bright kitchen-dining room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 rooms - 2 small and a slightly larger one. The largest room with double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones with beds of 120 cm and 140 cm, respectively. In the living room is a 140 cm Futon mattress.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Vores hjem i Kolding er nu tilgængelig for op til 6 ferierende gæster, der leder efter et hyggeligt og familievenlig sted at nyde nogle gode dage sammen. Huset ligger centralt placeret på en stille villavej med kort vej til indkøb, busstop med direkte forbindelse til Legoland og Billund og naturligvis Koldings bycentrum blot 5 minutter væk. I “baghaven” finder I et flot naturområde ved Kolding Å og Kolding Ådal, og legeparken for små og store er en kort spadseretur fra hoveddøren.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with a dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer and oven. In the garden there is a furnished terrace with the possibility to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and wifi for the house.
