Mike’s place was located in a perfect place to access restaurants and the Pensy Trail. All within walking distance. It has all the cookware and incidentals to allow you to do some meals at home also. If it had not rained the majority of the week, I was there I would’ve attempted a barbecue outback! It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and I will absolutely come back whenever I’m next in Greenfield!

Great location and space for us, a small family. But, wow if you have a team with you the team room would be amazing. quiet and lots of room inside and in the back yard.

Looked exactly like the photos and the backyard was so enjoyable for our dog! Neighbors were all friendly also, which was great. Great amenities in the home, and not having any check out procedures was a breath of fresh air. We would stay again if we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was extremely clean, very well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The space was thoughtfully set up, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained place to stay!

Every time I’m in Indy I check to see if Joan's AirBnb is available. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Also I love the vintage style of the architecture. 7 out of 5 stars

We were in town moving my mother in law into an assisted living facility. It was so nice and convenient to stay at the Ball house every evening to wind down and get some rest. It was homey and quiet. Very clean- which is very important to me. Communication from the owner was very easy as well. Definitely recommend!

Nice small place and clean. Great for a couple or single person to stay for a long period. Neighborhood is nice, no issues. Owner very responsive and quick to respond if there is questions.

Nicole and Bill were very polite and hospitality was top tier. Communication with them felt as if I meet them before. I would recommend their place is a wonderful place to visit.

My family and I enjoyed the place, the description definitely matched. Very roomy and comfortable for a family /party of our size. Definitely saved as a favorite for future trips.

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and it always seems like with the hotels you can never get rest at night with teams running around all evening so we decided to try an air bnb...BEST IDEA EVER. The house was immaculate and the heated pool was AMAZING. The backyard area was so peaceful and relaxing for the entire family, we were close enough to get supplies for dinner without feeling we were actually in town. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Master Shower...no words. Beds...super comfortable. Plenty of space for bigger family or team. We will absolutely be booking this one any time we are in town play! Host was so welcoming and took care of all of our needs!

Everything was great . Very accommodating . As soon as I got there I feel right a sleep . Felt just like home hahahaha

It was great! We braved a cold winter night with only the propane heater (which we didn't keep on while we were sleeping, for safety) and a ton of blankets, and it worked out. Not sure we'd recommend that to everyone - we knew what we were getting into – but this is a lovely place, and Alexander was super communicative about what to expect. Thank you!

I did not get to spend as much time in Peru as I would have liked so I plan to come back. I told my boyfriend that we absolutely had to stay at Mugivan Manor again and visit the city. Mary was so kind and helpful. I was traveling for a concert and she remembered that small detail. While making sure I knew how to get into the apt, she made sure to wish me a great time. It’s the small things that really make a place great.

We loved your place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you so much for accommodating my special requests before we arrived. We really appreciated everything you did to make it easy for us to enjoy. I believe your place has the most comfortable furniture I have ever sat on especially the recliner and the bedroom mattress was the best too. Your place definitely compares to staying in a presidential suite only better. We were in and out a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the back yard. I hope we will have more time to enjoy it when we come back next year if it is available. The place was spotless and we felt very safe. You have a beautiful smile and spirit and your daughter is beautiful too. It was wonderful seeing you and your family as we were leaving so we could thank you in person. Thank you for being so friendly to us and making us feel so welcomed.

I would definitely stay again, I felt right at home

If we could give it 10 stars, we would! This was one of the very best AIRBNB homes that we have ever stayed in. For our two and a half week stay, Michelle's place proved to be a beautiful, well-equipped home, in a great neighborhood. It's located right next to the lovely Monon Trail and the Monon Community Center - and we took full advantage of them for daily exercise. We like to cook and we found Michelle's kitchen to be first rate with quality pots & pans, baking dishes, sharp knives, and basic spices and other essentials. Comfortable seating and quality bedding are important to us, and we found that and more. A very well equipped office was a pleasant bonus for catching up on a little volunteer work. Carmel is a fantastic community and all that it offers is just minutes away by foot, bike (yes, they're in the garage) or vehicle. Michelle had great recommendations and one was "1933 Lounge by St. Elmo's" where we celebrated our anniversary during this trip. Just a fantastic stay
