Private beach (80 m. from cottage) electric outboard motor with rowing boat. Hot tub, sheets and towels by arrangement (extra charge). Snowshoes and children's sleds may be worn. Nearby: for example, ski resort Ruka from the cottage 19 km (about 20 minutes by car) , National Park Riisitunturi 11 km (about 15 minutes by car), also Valtavaara, Konttainen, Bear Tour nearby.

Top located in the heart of Kuusamo with a sauna and glazed apartment on a large balcony. Sheets and towels, as well as final cleaning, are included in the price of the cleaning fee. The apartment has everything you need from dishes to a washing machine. Heating spot for a car in front of the apartment and a small walk is the bus station and ski-bus stop in winter time, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very clean and there is no one's personal belongings in the apartment!

During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
