This property is a unit bath, which is small for the taller and male. There is no washlet in the toilet, please refrain from using it. The doorway is a window glass. Because it is a bus street along the road, you can hear some cars and people running in the room, earplugs are prepared. There is no curfew, but if you go out or enter the room in the middle of the night, please be careful not to disturb guests in the same room and neighbors. Asagi-Nezu is a simple Western-style room. Each room has two semi-double beds. You can sleep up to 7 people in one building with futons laid in the tatami space of Rikyu-Nezu. There is no bath and there is only one shower room. It is very simple, but I would like you to enjoy Kofu and Yamanashi based here.
