We had a family of eight who stayed in this home our family loved the place so much. It was very comfortable clean and easily accessible to the city. Highly recommend this place if you are a group of eight or nine . they do have air conditioning on all the four bedrooms and the living room, which is impressive overall, we had a very good experience

Overall it's a great place to stay if you are coming with your friends or family. The house has enough space for around 10 people. Thanks to Joby for letting us early check in and all the facilities were fabulous.

Rooms was really clean and views were spectacular. All amenities like soap etc were available. Clean bathrooms Well maintained property premises. The Host was very helpful He was available for any clarifications right from before check in to checkout. Overall a good experience. No complaints

I will try to limit my thoughts to 1000 words. Firstly, Manoj is very responsive and helpful. He shared the contacts, instructions, and locality details well in advance. Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever. Don't miss to dine at Blue Lagoon at Krishnan Kotta if you are into Fish. Best places to stay ever..

Great place with nice interior

Seascapes is a really peaceful spot for small gatherings. Had two rooms with full cooking amenities and everything was well-organized. The host and caretaker were extremely responsive. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location appears to be precisely as shown. The entire house was clean, organized, and well-kept. We may relax on the beachfront in front of the house and watch the beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to unwind and spend time with friends.

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

Had a blast with my friends at this beautiful place..superb ambience, neat and spacious rooms, decent pool..above all, the staff were welcoming and took special care of us especially Mr Jeyaprakash..the food was also top notch, and the chef 's ( Sunil chettan ) kerala special sea food and beef preparations were out of this world..would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend stay..

House with a great view of the water body.

The Cabana was exactly as described. It is right on the beach and you have a private entry to it. The pool was amazing and overlooks the beach- it was lovely to watch sunset from here. The host was very responsive and was helpful in accommodating our large group. They even arranged home cooked catered food for us which was very tasty and took the stress out of ordering from restaurant. Will recommend 100%

Good place for a peaceful stay

Benny is a great host and is always available over the phone. He resolved an issue we were having at night. The place is also kid-friendly.

It was overall calm and peaceful stay at Lush villa. The property was very nice. it would have been nice if he had got a tour of the higher level floors of the villa as we never get chance to experience such houses in our modern days. hospitality was exceptional respecting our privacy as well. Wonderful place to stay and will definitely recommend others to try it out. Master bathroom tap was not working, but managed with shower.

Had a pleasant stay with my family here. It felt right at home .We didn’t face any issues . The location is very good , right in the city , but at the same time inside so that it’s peaceful and quiet .. if you have your own car , then this place will be a good location.

The place is beautiful. Extremely beautiful furniture, interiors and the pool was also very relaxing. It is a small pool but we were able to sit in it and have a lot of fun. The property is the ground floor. The rooms were also very well made and the bed was comfy. The host is a sweet woman. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Belljam Homes was a lovely surprise. We had booked the 3 bhk section of this 7 bedroom house (which offers you flexible options for stays) and had a wonderful time. There's a separate entrance for our area with an electronic number lock (shared to us alongside a very well made, detailed pdf explaining the area and amenities) leading to a wonderful section comprising 3 bedrooms, a vast sitting room and dining room area and also a kitchen with all the modern amenities required. For us, the star of the evening was of course the clubhouse behind the house (which can be used beyond regular hours privately by your team for a nominal charge per person). A quirky garden with motion detectors to help you walk in the dark leads to this clubhouse with a quaint swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tv, AC, bean bag, funky lights, books and bar setup for private parties. would definitely recommend.

The host was really friendly, got a warm welcome and the stay was extremely super.
