Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kochi

We stayed for 8 nights here. Every day, we found something new to keep us involved. Kayaking, badminton, cycling, driving the scooty to ride the ferry, sitting on the beach for hours and watching the sunset. There are limited options for vegetarian food around but we found some good places. The host also suggested local places to visit, loaned us his personal scooty to ride around the town, and visited us to show us where everything is kept. It was hot, very hot, there but the place just calmed us down. You can walk on the grass barefoot or enjoy the swings or just watch the birds flying over the lake. The host is very helpful and makes you feel right at home.

Had a great time at the property. We were served really yummy breakfast. The property was clean and serene. Totally positive vibes. Must stay if you visit Kochi.

This is my third or fourth stay here, and it’s always been a smooth, comfortable experience. The place is clean, well-kept, and feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We had a great stay at Khadija's duplex! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully designed, cozy, and very spacious. The interiors really made it feel like a home away from home. Khadija was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay, and the caretaker was available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s nice and secluded but very well serviced by Uber etc. The apartment was nice and spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. 1 of the bathrooms had a shower with hot water after but he water us never really cold in the other bathrooms and with the Kerala heat you wouldn’t miss it 😉 For Western travelers; keep in mind that the kitchen is not equipped as you would expect at home so not a lot of cutlery etc. It is ofc. self catering but there are no kitchen towels etc. No problem, easy available at the hypermarkten but keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

This place was lovely and exactly what I needed to recharge after days of travel. The sheets were soft and high quality, the pillows were so comfortable. I had the best sleep in the air conditioned room. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathrooms were very clean. Overall, the apartment was neat and clean. It’s in a beautiful building and I had access to a grocery store nearby to cook my own food. The building also offers a restaurant with tasty food, and it was easy to deliver food to the front door if needed. Nabeel was very responsive and helpful to any and all questions or requests. 10/10 recommend anyone to be hosted by Nabeel :)
