Spent a few nights in the apartment — I really liked everything. The apartment is spacious, not small, has everything you need: full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, iron, air conditioning, TV. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable pillows and mattress — it's comfortable to sleep. The balcony offers excellent views: you can see the sea, and in the evening the city is beautifully lit. The house is conveniently located — in the heart of the old city, close to everything you need. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear and understandable. Communication with the hostess is excellent: she responds quickly, advises, and is helpful. I recommend it, especially for a couple, but it will be comfortable for three. Would love to come back again!

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

Had a lovely stay at Violeta's place, really nice apartment with beautiful views. Ending up spending more time than I expected reading out on the deck, its massive, private and has great lookouts in any direction. Although I cut my stay in Batumi a bit short to head to Kutaisi/Tbilisi, I enjoyed the 3 nights I stayed and would stay there again for sure.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

This was our second time staying at Maia’s place which says a lot. The apartment is as nice as ever, super clean, quiet, and the location can’t be beat to walk to the old town, the park and the beach. Maia is a kind and welcoming host. We’d love to stay at this place again.

Don’t trust hotels in Batumi, just stay here, it’s the best!

Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little more easily and adapt to various options. Beautyful place ..nice asthetics..must stay here

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy apartment. Bed linen, towels, as in the best hotels. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a place to stay that meets all the parameters. But Dali's apartment meets all the standards. The hostess herself is a very pleasant woman. When I checked in, I put flowers in a vase, diffusers for a pleasant smell. We had a great time in her apartment with our family.

It was a beautiful and wonderful stay. Everything is ready for living in a high-class international area and completely quiet. Everything is close to the place (airport, beach, restaurants, shopping places, etc.). Thank you Natalia for the advanced service and the quick response to requests, inquiries, and instructions. I will definitely return to this beautiful place one day.

Stella's apartment was like being at home. Our stay was two months, which we felt went by very quickly. We'll be back for sure. Thanks Stella, you're a super host and friend.

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.
