Забронировали через сайт дом, сумма списалась, когда приехали оказывается дом был занят другими посетителями. К счастью, хозяин быстро ответил, деньги вернули!

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Apartament przy samej plaży. Świetne miejsce na plażowanie i kąpiele w morzu. Zapewnione wszystkie wygody. Dość dobry dojazd do Batumi. Świetna baza na wycieczki do parków narodowych. Doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek i spacery. Dom z nowoczesnym wyposażeniem. Bardzo gustowne urządzony. Polecam.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

Радушная, общительная хозяйка, получали мнгновенный ответ на вопросы. Квартира замечательная со всем необходимым для проживания. Звукоизоляция отличная, мы не слышали ни лифта ни соседей. Изумительный вид с балкона. Удобный выход к морю, сразу же перед домом. Центр города. Магазины, такси, маршрутки, рынок, кафешки, рестораны- все рядом. Очень рекомендую.

This was our first time here, and I would say my family had a great rest. It's a peaceful place with a beautiful view of the sea and the stars at night. The apartments are clean and equipped with almost everything you need. I’d like to specifically mention that the mattresses were very comfortable for sleeping. In my opinion, Alexander did everything to make his guests' stay truly enjoyable. There are several beaches not far from the apartments. For families with small children, I recommend the beach near the Castello Mare hotel. A few restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk, and Wolt delivery is also available.

Мы отдыхали в апартаментах у Марианны в сентябре 2024 очень хорошая и чистая квартира. большой балкон , кровать в спальне большая и удобная. дети спали в салоне на раскладном диване. ( тоже большой ) в квартире есть всё необходимое для жилья. всё было замечательно и расположение и этаж и деревья вокруг как будто в батаническом саду живём. единственный минус - комары!!!! и отсутствие сеток на окнах. Комплекс очень красивый , зелёный , большой бассейн прямо около подъезда( правда вода холодная) но детям это не мешало наслаждаться плаваньем в нём. гамаки, качели , рестораны , фантаны, скамейки на каждом шагу. всё утопает в зелени. Всё это в 3 минутах ходьбы от моря. Аквапарк очень красивый. ( дети в нём купались даже когда был дождик) очень хорошо что на территории есть круглосуточный магазин. Общение с хозяйкой было приятным она быстро отвечала на все вопросы. нам очень понравилось это место. дети даже не хотели уезжать. надеюсь ещё вернёмся. 🙂

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tornike's place was perfect for our family. It was a stark contrast to the cramped and chaotic city in which it's situated. Batumi is fast paced and noisy, but Tornike's place was spacious and peaceful. It was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is very clean, and very large. Great living space and 2 awesome balconies (our favorite spot). Big TV for when we were bored. It's on the 4th or 5th floor, so be ready to lug your bags up stairs. The stairs had some friendly cats and dogs to greet you. The area is not that visually appealing (surrounded by lots of old apartment buildings), but it's very safe, and everyone is very friendly and kind. Only thing I would warn against is if you have small kids, there are several electrical wires sticking out of the walls, and I don't know if they're live. If you're an adult, it's no problem, but if you have small, curious children, better to beware. Tornike was a great host and always very responsive. Thanks Tornike!

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs

Очень комфортные апартаменты

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.

Плюсы: вежливый и приятный в общении хозяин; приняли нас при бронировании за полчаса до заезда; понятная инструкция по заезду; шикарный ремонт; прекрасный вид из окна; прислали гайд по Батуми с рекомендациями по ресторанам и кафе и не только; разрешили выехать позже. Минусы: только то, что одеяло нужно было заправлять в пододеяльник самостоятельно :)
