we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Great location — lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and just a 4-minute walk to the beach and park. very cozy, clean and good house for family as well as for friendship. if you want to make yourself at home and stay in all the comforts of home, we recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can put your car, which is very comfortable. As for the landlord, it's very warm and attentive, always ready to help. very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

A very nice apartment in the center of Kobuleti, easy to reach by a 20 minutes walk from the local train station, and close to the beach. The service of Bachana and his sister was very helpful and friendly including fast answers. I can highly recommend the apartment.

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Very modern and stylish studio, with a nice view from the 26th floor and a Jacuzzi on the balcony. Very well equipped and comfortable.

The apartment might require some repair, but overall it’s great for big family! We had a nice time there
