Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Very spacious and tastefully decorated, with a modern and stylish design. Gorgeous kitchen that is perfectly equipped with appliances. It was a pleasure to cook on it. I was very pleased with the comfortable table and chairs. The only disadvantage is that the water in the shower goes very slowly into the drain. If you turn on the maximum pressure, the water will pour the entire floor. Overall , I recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays. This was my best rental experience in Batumi.

Amazing apartment with a corner balcony. View of the sea, mountains, and city. Nice interior. I recommend renting an apartment from private individuals, not from Orbi City. Because Georgians have a disgusting attitude towards Russians. They were supposed to bring us towels (because the host has an agreement with them), so we waited a day for the towels from these Georgians. And Lucas got them to us through his friend within an hour! There were all necessary utensils, a fridge, food was ordered in Wolt, delivery 20 minutes, very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. If we go to Batumi, we will rent accommodation only here

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life.
