It was good but the area was very poor and run down

We enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is spacious and everything we needed was in the apartment. Shower bath and pampering toilet. The cook has a number of dishes that are provided. A small bedroom but the Mayva is excellent and the linens are very cozy. Spacious living room, included dining area. Under the apartment a model coffee shop prepares breakfast, in the vicinity restaurants cafes. We had a great time

Second time I stay here, it’s perfect to visit Osaka. Everything is close. The place is clean and comfy. The host is very nice and accommodating and answer very fast. I’ll stay here the next time I come to Osaka. Would recommend 👍.

The inn keepers were so helpful. Knowledgeable and quick to react. I don't think we had a message. Go unanswered for more than five minutes.!!!Amazing service better than you could reasonably. Overall this is a nice, modern, and small apartment. The location in Namba is great, and no issues with noise or anything really. There’s a few frustrating things: only one key card, you can’t use the big fridge/freezer shown in the photo (a mini-fridge is in the bedroom), and the bed is rather small. Overall, despite this, the above benefits outweigh the downsides, and I would still stay here again, especially if I were to go solo.

The home is very spacious. Big and comfy beds( It's the best and my favorite part of the home), separate toilet and shower good for group. Host is responsive and very friendly. Well-equipped home with lots of amenities provided. I had a pleasant time staying here. Walkable to 24hr convenient stores(Lawsons, 7eleven, and Tamade supermarket) and train station. Very quiet neighborhood

The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

You have to walk about 10 minutes from Imagato Station, but If you look at the room, it's worth 10 minutes. It's clean and the hair dryer has a strong wind If it's a long trip, it's good to do laundry. There is a drying function in the bathroom It was a quiet and pleasant accommodation because it was a residential area.

Shiny was an amazing host! Very responsive and even helped book a restaurant reservation for us before we arrived! The place is in the outskirts of the main area of Osaka but very close to the train station and in a convenient area! Daiso is right next door which was a great addition! The bikes were also a plus. It was nice staying away from the hustle and bustle of the dotonbori area. The place was clean and comfortable. My family absolutely loved it! We would 100% stay here again!

Ideal room for Family. There were two beds for adults and a bunk bed for children. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. But it would be tough to stay there in the winter. Even with the a/c on, the living room on the first floor doesn't get warm enough, and the bathroom is near the front door, so when you step over from the living room it feels to be the same temperature as outside.

the cleaning lady needs to do a better job! the bathroom on the 2nd floor is smelly at the time when we checked in.

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like. It was a more atmospheric house than I imagined, and everyone I brought with me said they wanted to stay longer.I stayed with 3 other people, but it was cheaper than a business hotel in the area.In addition, there were various amenities, such as towels, coffee making equipment, and cute glasses.I would like to stay here again. Nearby, there are a few izakayas that are open until around 23: 00 and coffee shops that are open from early in the morning, and the townscape was a little nostalgic and nice.Thank you very much.

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

This was perfect for our few days in Kyoto. Checkin across the street from Kyoto Station was smooth and the free shuttle from the checkin desk to the building was very handy with our luggage. The room is centrally located in Kyoto with easy subway access, although we ended up walking to a lot of places. The building was clean and felt secure, and also conveniently had laundry machines on the first floor.
