Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Nice place, clean and well maintained

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. We booked Ecovilla for our stay at Krabi based on the tremendous reviews on Airbnb and Google and guess what, it didn’t disappoint ! In fact, we had a lifetime experience staying here. We received a warm welcome from David and family. They were always around for us throughout the stay. Their place is for whoever looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and to whoever want to enjoy a peaceful stay with remarkable view. My parents really enjoyed this trip and i wont deny if they say Ecovilla was the main highlight for our entire Thailand trip ! Tin boy is the 2nd in command of the whole villa and farm 😅 as he knows and teaches you everything that you need to know while you are there. Not forgetting Nim and her awesome cooking. Thank you Nim for everything! Overall this will be a lifetime experience to whoever staying.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Hands down the best place to experience the true colors of rural Thailand, fair distance from all attractions and the most beautiful sights to see in and around the home. Absolutely wonderful stay. Must visit.

Excellent house at the end of a rubber plantation overlooking a natural lake which comes and goes with the tide. The house is perfect, equipped with everything for long stays (I stayed here 1 month). beaches are beautiful on this island, food is good and be sure to hike the mountain. Anit is extremely helpful and assisted with everything possible, even motorbike hire. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the beautiful island of Koh Jum.

Very beautiful villa in a very quiet area. The rooms are sufficiently large and all equipped with air conditioning. In addition, the pool is a big plus, and there is also a grill available.

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

If you’re searching for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. Even before we arrived, Alan was incredibly helpful, especially when we asked about airport transport (tip: download the Grab app!). Since it was the rainy season, we expected some showers—but the calm and serene atmosphere made them almost enjoyable. The lush tropical garden is teeming with life—birds, frogs, and even a resident tortoise living in the pond at the front of the guesthouse. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise, yet still close to all the essentials.
