We loved our stay so much we cancelled the rest of our trip to extend our stay here! Lovely staff, shuttle service was incredible, super responsive hosts. Everyone was so helpful! Would definitely return!

Edward, your property and its design is immaculate. The location and views are surreal. “Mr Wayne” who runs the house for Edward and speaks very fluent English is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From first communications, to sorting out taxi + a vehicle rental for us everything was seamless and Wayne sorted it out with no rush for payment, we settled bill at end of holiday for these services. It is on the pricier end of accommodation here in Thailand but it is worth every penny. I cannot get over the morning views and the surrounding scenery, be it a beautiful morning or slightly misty and raining we just felt like we were in paradise. We went as a couple and had an excellent time. We plan to come back here multiple times with a group of friends. This will now become our base of operations for any and all Krabi / Ao Nang activities. The bed, pool, kitchen area and bathrooms are unreal. We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

Our stay at this villa was truly special. The villa is incredible, the location and views spectacular and the accommodation and infinity pool beautifully kept, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Mon the housekeeper looked after us really well and was always available to ask questions or give us advice. Siri was responsive and helpful and made the whole process easy and relaxed. The free regular transfer into the main part of the island were really helpful and it was easy to get takeaway delivered when we wanted. We even had a fabulous meal cooked and served for us in the villa. Dont hesitate to book this villa... it is beautiful and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would love to go back someday.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this Koh Samui villa — truly amazing from start to finish. The villa itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and with breathtaking views that look even better than the photos. The sun rises from the east which leads to a perfect sunrise every morning. We’ve stayed in many villas across Southeast Asia, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. We’ll absolutely be back!

Beautiful villa that is exactly like the pictures! Has a large hill and in a more remote area which was very peaceful. Free taxi service to take you to and from the villa on check in and check out. We used the taxi service to get around the whole time and it was very convenient!

Our stay at Lukas Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained located in the peaceful jungle. Lukas was very kind and always available to help with any questions. A scooter is necessary to get around, but if you need one, Lukas will arrange for you. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! Many thanks Lukas, Noon and Egg!

We were a little hesitant to book at Sukkho, having been let down before by places that look great online but fall short in reality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was different—my wife’s smile said it all. The estate and villas are spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned for privacy and amazing views. Regis and Monica were incredible hosts, making us feel like VIPs with their warm service and helpful advice. The floating breakfast was a lovely touch, but the standout experience was the cooking class with Michelin-starred Chef Rung. Held at the estate’s private restaurant, it was easily the best meal of our trip—made even more special because our wives cooked it under the chef’s guidance. If you’re happy to take short taxi or rental trips to local attractions, you’ll be rewarded with exceptional value, genuine luxury, and a place that feels built with passion. Thank you, Regis and Monica—we’ll be back!

Krabi Castaway Villa was a wonderful stay. The villa itself offers breathtaking views, a peaceful location far from the city, and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Transportation is available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM for an additional fee, which is important to plan for given the remote setting . having transport is a must to fully enjoy the area. I highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene and well-managed escape in Krabi.

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim’s villa was… if I could just live there I would. Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful, the views to the chefs dinner was immaculate. Highly recommend to all considering Koh Samui. I would suggest getting a scooter like we did as it’s not really walking distance to much.

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

It is such a amazing villa- despite it is a bit rural but it doesn’t affect the stay as we could stay in the whole day and relaxing ourselves!

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

If you’re looking for a wonderful place to visit…stop. You’ve found it. Family vacation was all we hoped it would be. Villa view is outstanding and interior is as comfortable as home. Bang and Jar are absolutely wonderful people and helped make our trip memorable. On second thought…maybe you’d better find someplace else to stay…we’d love to return and don’t want you blocking out our dates!

We were finding refugee for songkran and parties, and this place was true heaven !! From pick up to the villa and check out everything was great, Guy is very responsive for everything. Villa is outstanding, the view, the bed, the pool, and the shower ... facilities are amazing we had the most relaxing time thank you so much!! Fully recommend !!

The Seakiss Villa is truly a beautiful place overlooking the sea. The view from all of the rooms and pool is incredible—nothing beats watching the sunset by the pool, cocktail in hand. Even better than the view, the service provided by the villa staff was top-notch. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and remained that way the entire week. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. All this thanks to the friendly villa staff, Ann and Pong. Kwan, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We felt very attended to during our entire stay. We highly recommend the Seakiss Villa!

The place is very good, great view of the ocean, good villa, but the breakfast was served to the villa itself most of the times was not fresh, there was no buffet. Restaurant is okay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby to try out. The property and the stay experience was nice except for the food part

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Fantastic place to stay, Rich was a very good host, only 2 things to note: the pool is shared with another villa but we never had any issues (never wanted to use them when others were) and that the villa is located at the bottom of a steep hill so if you are new to riding mopeds the learning curve will be steep (pun intended)

we stayed at Simon's vila with 2 kids for 2 nights and it was amazing! everything was clean and organised. the vila was so beautiful and relaxing vibes all around! the staff was very friendly and helpful. definitely will booked next time here!!!!!!

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !
