The place is SO much better than the photos! Host is responsive, helpful and kind. There are also local kittens which is a bonus for us. The only downfall would be the lack of AC in the communal areas and some poor water pressure in upstairs master bedroom. But that cannot change the review from being excellent - just imagine yourself sitting in that pool as the sun is setting - pure peace x

We stayed with Annika for 10 days and both the house and location were perfect. It is in a small gated community with reception with all facilities. You can do laundry, order food, you get water delivery et. Everything super easy, just like you want it on vacation. Restaurants are very close and even if you can't swim right by the house, it's not far to a swimable beach. The sad thing about koh lanta in the summer is that the beaches are full of trash (never seen so much trash on a beach before) and that the place itself is very dead, but it's hardly Annika's fault. Good to know is that if you have the AC running ( we had the bedrooms turned off during the day and the living room turned off at night), there is crazy electricity. We disposed of 110 kWh per day about, the pool draws a lot of it so much you can't control. so expect to pay quite a lot in addition to the accommodation cost.

Very nice room, very spacious, helpful staff, nice swimming pools, 7/11 across the street. Only the steep hill is sometimes a hard cookie to crack, but look at the bright side, a good work out.

Overall the villa was fantastic. Nice and clean. Near to 7-11 (8 min. walk) and to the beach. So nice with 2 kitchen on first and second floor. We wished there were more seating options around the pool. Only two sunbeds. The host respond quickly on our questions that we had. :) There was some issues we have to mention: we had no warmwater in the shower on the first floor. We pointed out the problem to the host but still no warmwater after one week stay. And we also pointed out that aircondition on the highest floor does not cooling. We couldnt use this floor on our stay because it was soo hot. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the house and our hosts. Thank you so much!

we were delighted to see the property and impressed with the quality, service, location, view etc. being off season at Krabi we personally like the quite n less populated. friendly n helpful staff always with a smile. helpful and prompt.

We were a group of 10 friends. The villa was perfect, very pleasant and spacious. Beautiful beach on foot. Restaurants and bars nearby. A little paradise for a nice break...
