Our stay in Koh Lanta was absolutely perfect. The property was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. With a scooter, we were able to get around the island easily and explore all the amazing spots Koh Lanta has to offer. What truly made this stay exceptional was our host, Moti. He is hands-down the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. He helped us with everything we needed, answered every question, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for his kindness and hospitality—it made all the difference. Great place, great pools, the Three Sister restuarant at the bottom of the hill is the best restuarant on the island! Views are magnificent, the rooms are lovely - great value!

This villa is really great! We stayed there as a family with 2 kids, parents, and 2 grandparents, and it was perfect for us. It is very well equipped, with lots of towels and kitchenware and close to many restaurants and 7-11. Good wifi for working as well. Nina, the on site host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, reaching out proactively with suggestions. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely beachside villa with a pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Lots of space and great location. Only thing that caught us is the high total bill for electricity and water. You’re looking at roughly 900 Baht per day. We paid 8 Baht x 700 kWh = 5600 Baht.

Very nice room, very spacious, helpful staff, nice swimming pools, 7/11 across the street. Only the steep hill is sometimes a hard cookie to crack, but look at the bright side, a good work out.

It was incredibly beautiful, we had a great time, we were super sweet and nicely received and had a point of contact with our landlord for everything. He always responded super quickly and was very warm. I will definitely be back and can the villa and the landlord highly recommend it!

Very nice villa, comfy beds, spacious, very good pool and terrace! literally 200m from the beach! Moti who looks after the villas is amazing, booked restaurants and even sorted a birthday cake for my girlfriend. If you do visit, please requested Pu the taxi driver for any trips. We used him everyday for restaurants and did a tour of koh lanta and he took us to very good places. He is brilliant and a great driver! Himself and Moti made our trip perfect!

Wonderful villa with amazing views and fantastic sunsets.

Beautiful home in nice and peaceful part of town. A little further out from the business who can was nice. Can easily hire scooter, get cheap grabs to get into beach/cafes/restaurants. House was very clean and today. House manager/cleaner was excellent and even helped booked taxis to airport and asked if we needed help finding activities to do. Highly recommend

Absolutely perfect stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The location was great, and the little details made a big difference — it’s clear the host puts a lot of care into the space. We stayed at this property for our girls trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the place! Faii was our onsite manager and she was super helpful and responsive to all our queries. The pool is amazing and one can spend the whole time in the pool. The villa can arrange daily in house spa services for you at an affordable price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would love to come back to this property.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Eight Palm Villa. The villa is absolutely perfect for group gatherings. It is an extremely peaceful and beautiful spot. The villas are pristine and extremely well provisioned. They had everything that we needed to host beautiful family meals and have many laughs around the swimming pool and billiard table. Every detail has been thought of with the villa layout. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds, great showers and great aircon. Snowy was extremely attentive and helped us book transport, meals and activities. We had a wonderful time visiting the elephants and had some incredible meals out in the local area. All of the staff at the villas were wonderful. Our family is already talking about the next family holiday at Eight Palm. We cannot wait to return!

we had so much fun in Deer's properties. big house,plenty of room, spacious pool,big compound. what more you can ask for a big group to stay in 1 house. highly recommend if you have a big group/family. will come again next time.

We had a fabulous week. We were two families and the villa suited us really well. The rooms and pool were spotless. The location is very peaceful. It’s too far to walk so you do need transport. There are a lot of animals and insects so if you don’t like bugs it’s not the right place for you. The riding just down the road was really good.

We booked out all 3 villas as a group of 7 guys and we all managed to have our own room to sleep in. The facilities were great, everything was clean, and the villa felt very private even whilst being close to the action. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main walking street and a 5 minute bike ride at most. Our host Poo went above and beyond! She was able to provide all of us bikes on the 1st morning, getting rid of the admin of finding a place with 7 available bikes, avoiding the deposit fees, and having the bikes delivered and picked up. The bikes were provided at market price too! She also cooked breakfast every morning as well as helped book all our airport taxis and ferry to Phi Phi. Definitely the best host we had our whole Thailand trip. Definitely reccomend! 5/5!

Our stay on Koh Lanta was calm and beautiful. Villa is located in quiet place close to the most beautiful swiming pool. It was little bit harder to get there with luggage because it’s on the hill and our tuktuk transfer doesnt want to took us there :D But our stay was really nice and its close to the beach where are the one of the most beautiful sunsets I ever seen. Thank you so much :)

The house was stunning, just as described, very clean and couldn’t fault it. The pool was clean also and had a gorgeous outside area with plenty of room. I would say that the location is quite secluded but on the other hand you had everything you needed. You have restaurants round the corner which the host Giles kindly recommend us, along with other brilliant recommendations he gave us!

We felt extremely welcomed at Mem's and Rob's house and we would like to genuinely thank you for that! The house was very, very clean which we appreciated and felt peaceful! Location is great also with many shops, restaurants and massage places around. Tuk tuks can be found easily and have convenient prices. I genuinely recommend staying here if you wish for privacy, quiet and location.

We had a great stay overall. The property is lovely, spacious, and in a great location. The pool and outdoor area in general is superb and with a few tweaks it could easily be a five star stay. We did come across a few issues during our time there, but I want to highlight how fantastic the host was throughout. He was very responsive, helpful, and genuinely keen to make things right. They went out of their way to address concerns and clearly care about their guests’ experience. With a little extra attention to detail, this will be an outstanding place to stay. Thanks again for having us.

Villa El Pillax is part of the El Pillax resort, which sits right on a stretch of a serene and beautiful beach. It has 4 compact bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, a large living room and an outdoor-indoor dining area. The villa is at the rear of the resort and has easy access for guests. It does not offer beach/sea views. The villa is clean and well maintained. There is wifi, television and a coffee maker in the villa. The housekeeping staff are on hand and quite helpful, though English communication is difficult. We had access to the restaurant which offers tasty and reasonably priced food and drink options, as well as the small swimming pool. The restaurant overlooks the beach and makes for the perfect spot to sip on some cocktails as you watch the sunset. Ah! It's just so pretty and calming! They do have life music and fire shows almost every night. A special mention to the manager Ms Bai Thong for always smiling and helping us with all our local excursions. Love you !!

We really enjoyed our time here. Great location with amazing views. All amenities close by. House was clean and well equipped and the management team always responded promptly. We highly recommend staying here!
