During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Spacious and comfortable top floor apartment in a red brick Victorian building overlooking Swanage with views from every window, the large roof terrace is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and sunset. With fantastic views to the sea it is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay in the delightful seaside town of Swanage. This beautifully presented, self-contained, ground-floor annex flat is wonderfully located in one of the most desirable roads in Canford Cliffs. Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
