Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.

The bike paths in the area are very well developed and invite you to get to know Lusatia with many other lakes.
