We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Guests have access to a large garden with a playground, a place for a bonfire, a large gazebo with a barbecue, a smaller gazebo directly next to the building, a street workout zone, and garden furniture. We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue and a fire pit. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, both for the active and those seeking respite in nature.

Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

Our 6-person cottage is located in a picturesque and quiet village. The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this facility a great place to relax and a very good base. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector and a coffee machine. There is also a hot tub with air and water jets. The hot tub is additionally payable and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely bring your dog.
