We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Lasóweczka - cottage for rent

Dom Lasóweczka is located in Lasówka. We offer a spacious and elegant cottage with a garden and a furnished terrace. There are three bedrooms and a toilet upstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the terrace, there is a table with chairs. Towels and bed linen are provided. The area has excellent conditions for skiing, many cycling and hiking routes. Wonderful views and silence in the midst of meadows and forests.

A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Our cozy, private cottage for six is a place made for relaxation. Quiet, nature, privacy, and additional amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, or campfire will make your stay unforgettable. For an additional fee, we can prepare a campfire, a hot tub, and a sauna. After the damage caused by the flood in September 2024, the cottage underwent a thorough renovation.

The cottage Górska Polana is located in the village Młynowiec, just 3 km from Stronie Śląskie, surrounded by mountains, meadows, forests, streams, and numerous hiking trails. It offers an equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, relaxation areas, a fire pit/barbecue, private parking, and clean water from a depth of 70 meters. The cottage is distant even from the small village road, ensuring quiet. In season, the hosts provide their own organic fruits and vegetables + vegan Hot Sauces 4 real Chili-Heads. (:

Hey, The apartment has two fully equipped bedrooms, hall, kitchen and bathroom. In both bedrooms there are two double new, comfortable sofas. There is a possibility of an extra bed for a child. The whole apartment was put into use in autumn 2020. Apartament posiada w pełni wyposażone dwa pokoje, przedpokój, kuchnię oraz łazienkę. W obu sypialniach znajdują się dwie dwuosobowe sofy. Istnieje możliwość dostawienia dodatkowego łóżka dla dziecka. Całość apartamentu została oddana do użytku w 2020.

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

Our apartment is located in Duszniki Zdrój. It is very easy to get to it by car (E8 road), bus (stop 300m) and train (station 500m). The apartment has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), a bathroom with a shower and a fully functional kitchen. Entertainment will be provided by a large flat-screen TV (Smart TV), Wi-Fi access, board games and puzzles.
