We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

An eco-friendly wooden nestled between a slope and a stream. Constructed with 90% recycled materials, following the principles of zero waste. Known as the "Hobbit's Abode" - small, surrounded by greenery, with slightly uneven walls and floors, it possesses its own charm. An excellent starting point for Śnieżnik, the Kamienica-local craft beer, and the Stara Morawa reservoir. It operates on a self-service basis - you clean up, and the deposit is refunded. It is part of the Folwark Noclegowy.

From here there are stunning panoramas of the Sudetes peaks, which can be admired both from the terrace, garden and directly from the spacious living room through large glazing. We invite you to a settlement with a "view of the mountains" in the heart of the tourist region of Polanica-Zdrój. We have comfortable wooden cottages for rent, insulated, heated, year-round. The cottages are fully equipped, have a kitchen with an induction hob, kettle and fridge, table, TV, comfortable sofa bed, modern bathroom with shower, and 7-8 beds. Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
