In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Chalet under the forest

Sowie Klimaty - a charming house in a remote location in the Owl Mountains. You will experience peace, quiet and privacy. The house can be rented as a whole building: max. 9 beds and 2 infants on cots (travel/extendable beds). We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room. In summer, guests relax on the terraces and hammocks. In winter the house is electrically heated. If guests wish to enjoy the added attraction of a fireplace or bonfire - they can purchase wood on site.

Beautiful and atmospheric studio apartment for 2 adults or 2 people +2 children. The tastefully decorated interior consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a mezzanine, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a 2-person sofa bed, and on the mezzanine there are 2 comfortable mattresses. A beautiful garden with a fireplace and a barbecue area and a patio. The garden has a beautiful view of the mountains. Relax and unwind in this beautiful, serene, and atmospheric space.

Home in the Black Mountain area, by the river

"Wait...Moment" - a house made up of two independent apartments (max 6 people each), connected by a shared terrace. Location in Stary Gierałtów – surroundings of Stronia Śląski, Bielic, Czarna Góra -Sienna. The house is located away from the main road, directly on the Biała Lądecka River, surrounded by old trees, with a large green area around. A great place to relax in peace and quiet, overlooking the river and the nearby mountains. Great for one or two families.

Sheep&Wino - A true home in the mountains

A real highlander hut in the heart of the Owl Mountains. Spacious, tastefully decorated - where groups of up to 11 people can find a place, but we also recommend for more intimate trips. The house is surrounded by a nearly 5,000 square foot fenced lot with lots of greenery, vegetation and a place to relax in the outdoors. Equipped with a kitchen with a dining room, living room with terrace, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a yoga room (starting in mid-July).

Chalet Rafus pod Śnieżnika - 6-bed cottage

The "Rafusa Cottage" is a wooden cottage located in the area of NATURA 2000 in the picturesque village of Kamienica, located in the Snowshoeing Massa. Away from the tourist bustle, it's a family-friendly place in nature. This is the perfect base for skiers and mountain hikers . Nearby are: Śnieżnik Kłodzki Reserve, Wilczki Falls Reserve, and Bear Cave, as well as many other attractions offered by the Kłodzko Land.

Year-round homes Quiet Struga

We offer a place to stay in 3 YEAR-ROUND WOODEN HOUSES, each with a maximum of 8 people. Situated next to a forest , on a sunny hillside at the foot of the Quiet River. The ground floor is a living room  with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, with a double and  single bed in each. Homes are heated by a fireplace or electric heaters.
