This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It accommodates 4 guests (2 on king size bed in bedroom and 2 on stretchable queen size sofa with real mattress in the living room/kitchen). Both rooms are equipped with AC and flat screen smart tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Bathroom is private, and wifi is available throughout property.
