Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Vacation home "Dachstüble"

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people, can be extended by an extra bed for a child (cot, changing table and highchair available if necessary). The 38 square meter apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer, towels and shower utensils available). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, oven and fridge A 1.60 m wide bed and a sofa bed are present. TV and WiFi are available.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, crib and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Deißlingen offers charming natural or fortified forest-u.Feldwege, as well as cycling trails. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket within walking distance. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes of walking distance.

It's an in-law in a quiet location of Denkingens. A box spring bed with 160 cm x 200 cm, as well as a modern sofa and armchair are available. A dining table with 2 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove is available. There is a TV and WiFi in the apartment. In the bathroom, in addition to the shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washing machine.

A parking space directly at the house is also available.
