Charming, rustic vacation home in a unique coastal location with access to both freshwater inland lakes for bathing, swimming, fishing and paddling as well as the Baltic Sea for excursions to the untouched and varied Skärengarten and to the summer town of Västervik. The cottage is in the immediate vicinity of two lakes. The fantastic Toven with sandy beach (ideally suited for toddlers), diving tower and kiosk can be reached in 3 minutes via a small forest path. Pure nature, close to culture.

Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

In Västervik archipelago lies beautiful Gränsö which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of 2020. On a unique sea plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh cottage of 56 sqm, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms+ sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in open plan with a fireplace. The cottage has a total of 5 beds. WC with shower and washing machine.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on.
