I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

4 night stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. The apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with all amenities you could need. Maya was excellent host, receptive, helpful and informative. We would definitely return, thank you

Thank you for the great time. The place was spotless, the hosts are super friendly and a great little family. We felt very comfortable, were greeted with a Komarna magnet and a Croatian wine. The hosts were always quickly accessible and they were also happy to meet us. The pool was regularly checked and filled. We felt very comfortable and would come back. Thank you ☀️❤️

Wonderful accommodation in a stunning location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could want for. The pleasant walk to the Old Town took about 10 minutes. The view from the terrace was superb. can't recommend this accommodation enough. It is simply superb. Jill & Ray (UK)

Nicol’s place is a great place for your Dubrovnik adventures . It is a walk up the hill from the old city, but as our GOT guide said look at your beautiful gym! No need to exercise independently. We really did not mind it. Everything is up and down there and you get the beautiful views! Also, a little grocery store is a short walk away and a cool bar called Biker bar next door.

The accommodation more than met all expectations. Vesna as a host was very, very friendly, communicative and always very easy to reach. I felt at home from the first moment. Everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. The apartment is very central, modern and nicely furnished. I fully recommend the place and Vesna as a host. I will definitely come back.

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

We had a wonderful stay at Branimir's vacation rental! It was clean and spotless and well decorated. The location was perfect near the hustle and bustles but felt quiet and private with the shutters locked up for the night. Excellent communication and he was nice enough to let us leave our bags in the room for a few extra hours. The only real negative is that even with the instructions and photos it still was very difficult to find. Adding a couple extra photos (like from the main plaza) or a hand drawn map or short video link would have saved us 15 minutes and asking for directions several times. It was well worth the journey though! Highly recommend

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay! The view from the terrace is amazing and a really special part of this rental, would recommend it based on this feature alone. Check in was easy with clear instructions on how to find it and we got awesome recommendations.

Our second time here because this was such an amazing rental. Do visit Lokrum Island, so magical. (Owners rec)Dine at Proto at sunset in a lovely alley full of flickering lights. Their Foie Gras is 5* Splurge at Nautika, the views blow away anything in Europe. Posat Restaurant is just amazing if you ignore the bustle and look up at the fortresses. Walk the City Walls, start at 8:00 Am to miss the heat and crowds.Visit Dijaman Jeweler for handmade traditional 14k filigree ball pendents.:) Open both windows and take in the most stunning view of Old Town..Fort Lovrejenak is just magical at night with its uplighting. Safety: I jogged each morning at sunrise, and loved walking the breezy alleys back home after dinner( hubby took taxi) and always encountered nothing but kind locals and tourists. Dubrovnik is gorgeous’and therefore crowded,but you can enjoy the Old Town by walking to town before sunrise. You will see nuns strolling and the Priest feeding birds, not herds of tourists. Enjoy!

We loved the place! It was spotless and everything was in really good condition. Close to the beach, supermarket and winery. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were welcomed with a platter of meats and cheese and the fridge stocked with water milk etc, which made us feel at home right away. Would highly recommend, and it was great value. We would definitely stay again☺️

The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible and we loved having access to the sea. Ana’s communication was also great. This really is a fantastic place to stay!

A home with stunning views and a private beach. The accommodation is very well equipped, functional and clean. A beautiful discovery, especially at sunset. The location allows you to visit many sites and not to forget the possibility offered by the owner to park the car for free in Dubrovnik. It's best to have a car for the accommodation and know how to maneuver to park.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

Excellent location for visiting Mljet National Park (the entrance is within walking distance) or simply enjoying peace and nature. Clean, well-equipped, and well laid out. The pool and jacuzzi are definite highlights. The host is very kind and highly responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay! Just be mindful of the narrow vehicle access — it’s advisable for a passenger to get out and guide the driver if you’re using an SUV.

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be suitable for four people. The sofa covers look a little old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with a hot tub makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. Transportation from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !
