We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. The holiday house in Pošumaví is a modern furnished new building, ideal for families with children. Sušice is 12 km away, Kašperské Hory 13 km (Ski area). There is a sauna, an outdoor pool with a cover (safety sheet against falling), ski room, Wi-Fi, parking space, terrace, sandpit. There are three bedrooms in the house. One is furnished as a children's room, where children will find toys. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Families with children will appreciate the barrier around the fireplace and the door on the stairs.

The property is heated by a fireplace, air conditioning and, if necessary, electric heaters (the property does not have central heating!). There is a fenced garden with seating, a sauna with an outdoor shower, and an outdoor fireplace. IMPORTANT: the price does not include electricity consumption - 8 CZK/kWh - payment according to actual consumption at the end of the stay.

We have a private barrel sauna (with an electric stove), an outdoor shower, and all the home spa amenities you need to relax. You can relax by the pond, walk in the garden, pick fresh fruit, or just observe the nature around you. A natural bathing habitat awaits you at the back of the garden.
