Grändhuset vid havet

Vårt kära " Grändhus" helt nybyggt för vår familj och vänner samt för andra gäster. Vackert beläget på Östra Stranden - en orörd oas bland fiskarlänger och sjöbodar. Rogivande promenader längst Östersjöns strand. Bra badmöjligheter. Njut av det vackra Söderslätt med många utflyktsmål och golf. Utmärkt utgångspunkt för både besök i Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Köpenhamn. Buss ca 100 meter - tåg till hela Skåne och Danmark från Trelleborg. Passande för ett par utan barn. Värdparet bor i "Strandhuset" och "Sjöboden" i närheten och finns tillgängliga vid behov.

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av tystnaden på landet med närhet till hav o strand. Mysigt boende med gårdskänsla i lummig o grönskande trädgård med fri parkering. Fantastiska vandringsmöjligheter längs havet och kusten eller inåt land i det vackra skånska landskapet. Cyklar finns till utlåning. Flera mycket bra o fina restauranger finns inom cykelavstånd. Bra frukost är möjligt och beställs vid ankomst.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus på Söderslätt. Totalrenoverat 2020, men är ursprungligen från 1853. Njut av egen terrass och inhägnat trädgård med solnedgång i väster. Är du tidlig uppe på morgonen kan det hända att du får se fasaner, harar och rådjur. Det är 3 km till Äspö brygga och stranden for härliga bad och promenader längs havet.
