Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the property and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

Newly built bathroom with a shower and toilet. High chair available, play-friendly garden. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels and two bicycles. Clean yourself or pay for final cleaning.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Husdjur välkomna Fiske är ej tillåtet i dammen!

Within 800m there is a grocery store, an industrial store, a restaurant with breakfast and lunch. You can rent 2 kayaks and a bicycle. Free parking. Barbecue and outdoor relaxation area.

Möllehuset, in an elevated location with the windmill plot on the hill. Here, the calm reigns and you are not disturbed by car traffic. The house is secluded with beautiful views and is suitable for both the small family and the accompanying older generation. The neighborhood offers nice "paths" for recreation and nearby are swimming lakes, hiking trails and attractions. The accommodation cost includes sheets, terry towels and final cleaning.

Relax with family or friends in this accommodation on the Skåne plain where there is peace and quiet. Proximity to both lake and sea. The garden is not completely ready yet but the plot is large for play and games. You live alone on the property alone, where there is another house but it is not used. The house is not suitable for large parties

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
