Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

On the property there is also a party room, it is not used as there are tenants living in this house. Walking distance to the Ivö ferry with lovely nature, ice cream kiosk, restaurant and kiosk. Nice surroundings to bike or walk in. Vångabacken with skiing and other activities is 5 minutes away by car.
