Old school - Classroom

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is cycling distance to Simrishamn and to beaches.

Our ship's house, from 1855, is located in Kivik's old picturesque fishing village, 100 meters from the sea. In 2019, a modern guest apartment, approx. 60 m2, with preserved charm in one part of the house, entrance Strandridarevägen 5. In the apartment there are 4-5 beds, mini kitchen, dining area, sofa group and bathroom. We live in the second part of the house, entrance Greve Pipers väg 14. Most things are close: the sea, restaurants, cafés, playground, bus and ICA. Also close to activities, attractions and beautiful nature in Kivik and Österlen.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

If you have not always wanted to stay in an old school, the Old School is a converted one. Here you will find a nice apartment of 75 sqm and a pleasant accommodation. Access to an orangery where you can light the stove, have a glass of wine and barbecue. This particular home is "animals free" you want to stay with your four-legged friends feel free to look into our home "Red Cottage" where animals are welcome. Close to the sea only 1500 meters and of course to all of Österlen, perfect for day trips. Close to Yngsjö & Åhus with restaurants.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

We are a small family collective living with our two children, cats, ducks and chickens. In the middle of meadows and forest is this charming farm meadow with access to a lush patio, fireplace and sauna. The nearest beach is Vitemölla, 4.5 km away. We offer workshops/courses with instrument building, ceramics, cooking and herbal walks.

You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Apartment - old carpentry shop in a quiet location

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, next to the main house to be rented, is our second, smaller apartment, the "Old Carpentry". The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
