Newly built and close to the beach! Welcome to our modern ground floor apartment. Here it is close to the beach (650 m), restaurants, and Åhus harbor. Quiet location in a residential area, on our own corner of our residential property. Sunny porch with table and chairs. Well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, combined convection oven & microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. Spacious sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed, as well as a large sofa bed for two with a spring mattress. Fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome here!

Ystad, unique location next to Klostret and Örtagården.

Directly across from our calm, quiet street is Ystad's old quarter, with the Monastery (founded in 1267) as the nearest neighbor. If you want to stroll in and around the city center with its street life, but at the same time experience medieval Ystad, there is no better starting point. The pedestrian street is just a couple of minutes' walk. On the way there, you pass the Monastery with the museum, the Monastery Church and the popular Café Bäckahästen. Once there, there is a large selection of restaurants and shops, a nearby grocery store and Stortorget around the corner.

Our ship's house, from 1855, is located in Kivik's old picturesque fishing village, 100 meters from the sea. In 2019, a modern guest apartment, approx. 60 m2, with preserved charm in one part of the house, entrance Strandridarevägen 5. In the apartment there are 4-5 beds, mini kitchen, dining area, sofa group and bathroom. We live in the second part of the house, entrance Greve Pipers väg 14. Most things are close: the sea, restaurants, cafés, playground, bus and ICA. Also close to activities, attractions and beautiful nature in Kivik and Österlen.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

If you have not always wanted to stay in an old school, the Old School is a converted one. Here you will find a nice apartment of 75 sqm and a pleasant accommodation. Access to an orangery where you can light the stove, have a glass of wine and barbecue. This particular home is "animals free" you want to stay with your four-legged friends feel free to look into our home "Red Cottage" where animals are welcome. Close to the sea only 1500 meters and of course to all of Österlen, perfect for day trips. Close to Yngsjö & Åhus with restaurants.

Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

Havet med sina fina långa sandstränder och det vackra landskapet omkring gör Österlen till ett av Sveriges mest älskade resmål.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
