Welcome to a quiet residential neighborhood with nature on the doorstep. The house has three terraces in different directions, which gives the opportunity to catch the sun throughout the day. There are swings for the little ones as well as a trampoline for the children on a lawn next to the barbecue area. Possibility to set up nets and play badminton can also be offered. Indoors, there is a living room with a nice dining area, a TV corner, fireplace and a kitchen with dining area. A walk through the beautiful forest next door leads to the marketplace.

If you like old charm, welcome to the loft at Bergåsa! The house consists of 2 apartments. One on the ground floor, and this one on the top floor. See my profile. In addition, large terrace, with partial view of the sea. From there, a staircase leads down to the garden. There are also stairs in the house, not the best for small children. Two bedrooms, and extra mattress by the stairs. Open kitchen, and dining area, dining room, small bathroom. A little worn with charm. My sister, mom and I also live on the property. A nice cat may come to visit.

This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.
