We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Our farm, the Asamhof, is idyllically located on the southern outskirts of Kissing, very close to the charming Burgstall Chapel, a mill race, extensive fields and walking paths. The apartment is simple, but offers everything you need. The municipality of Kissing is conveniently located between the cities of Augsburg and Munich, which can also be reached by public transport. Supermarkets and discounters are open here Monday through Saturday between 7 am and 8 pm.
