House vacation rentals in Kissimmee

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and host was very accommodating. We ran into issues with the pool/jacuzzi but thankfully our host was responsive and fixed it right away.

Yudy's home was beautiful and a perfect setting for a large amount of guests. I stayed for one night and my guests and I were thoroughly impressed with the house, how responsive and flexible Yudy was during the whole process. The kitchen & living room was large with enough space to make everyone feel comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe & peaceful at night. Pool tubes & beach towels being provided was a nice bonus when enjoying the pool. Overall, was a great place for a good price. Yudy is an amazing host and definitely would recommend her place to others & book with her again!

Just finished up my stay here. It was even better than my expectations. The pool was clean and deeper than I thought it would be. The home was spotless and felt very cozy! Host was very helpful, responsive and welcoming! 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We really loved the place. It was very nice and spacious. My grand kids loved the beautiful theme rooms. Overall, it was excellent for the entire family. I would definitely recommend this host and the beautiful property for your stay. It is located on a resort with lots of fun stuff to do for the entire family. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! It’s super convenient if you’re visiting the Disney parks daily. We were able to go in the morning, come home and relax and go back out in the evening. My kids loved the private pool and the game room. All in all, this is the perfect house for a family if you’re here to visit Disney! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to book again!

The Airbnb was perfect for our mini family weekend getaway! Conveniently located. Great food close by. The host was very proactive with providing check in and checkout instructions and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect home-away-from-home vacation spot! Our hosts, Brent and Stephanie, were amazing! They were responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs as guests. The location is ideal for accessing theme parks and taking a little excursion to the beach. The pool was superb for some downtime at "home," and the house was spotless. My favorite part was the swing in the dining area. It was precious! We made many beautiful memories, and the house, our hosts, and the location were all part of this process. Our family of six loved staying at Fabio’s house! It was very spacious, especially the kitchen and living area and the master bedroom suite. There was plenty of room for everyone and the additional living area upstairs is an added bonus (the kids enjoyed the PlayStation games in this space). Everything worked well, from dishwasher and washing machine to the air conditioning, we didn’t have any major issues! It’s a very comfortable home! We had a problem fixing the table tennis net in the games room, but enjoyed playing with the dartboard instead! We loved the outside swimming pool and this was a good temperature in June. There was a little bit of noise from families using the pool areas of the surrounding houses, but that didn’t bother us…… We walked up to the Solstice restaurant on our first night and the food, drinks and friendly service was excellent. It’s great to have the big pool and other facilities just a five minute walk away. Fabio is an excellent host!

It was clean, well appointed, easy to access, had kitchen appliances we needed and it was easy to communicate with them. I really liked that they didn’t have the typical burdensome manual but instead answered every question we had and very quickly within minutes. I also liked that we could adjust the temperature ourselves and that we could bring our two pups. I will most likely stay at this same property in the future!

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house was huge perfectly described on a corner lot, which was amazing. No one even bothered us and we were pretty loud. The community was beautiful. It was just a great time all around. I can’t wait to book our next Airbnb and see what other properties she may have or even stay at this one again kids could not have been happier. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We will be back.

our stay was amazing! host was very responsive and fast. the home was beautiful and my kids and family really enjoyed it. loved they had a crib on site and ready to use. the location is perfect everything super close and easy to find. had all the basics we needed to start our stay. would def tell our friends and family to stay there! 10/10!

Our 3rd stay at this beautiful home, which has plenty of space, all the amenities we could want, and a wonderful private pool/hot tub, plus is in a great location close to the theme parks. We were last here a year and a half ago, and noticed some upgrades like the coffee maker and a smart TV in each bedroom. We didn't even need all the bedrooms, but we chose to stay here again because we knew we could count on the quality of the accommodations. Thank you for another wonderful visit. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful short stay in Orlando. The house was peaceful and relaxing after long days at the Disney parks. The pool was perfect and the outdoor dining and furniture were really nicely designed and comfortable. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. Lovely soft towels and linens. A great laundry room and games room. Wendy our host was so thoughtful and descriptive in the pre arrival communications, so we felt very organised before we arrived and during the stay we had a direct communication with Ron if we needed anything (we didn’t, but it was reassuring to know we had someone to call if needed). I will definitely recommend the home to friends and family looking for a place to stay during a trip to Orlando. Thanks for having us!
