Boltok, éttermek 1 km-en belül.A lakàs egy főút mellett található ezért előfordulhat hogy a forgalomból szàrmazó zajok nyitott ablaknàl zavaró lehet.

Az apartman légkondicionálóva, jól felszerelt konyhával és zuhanykabinos fürdőszobával rendelkezik .A kertben a vendégek használhatják a medencéket,tranbulint, valamint a teniszpályát.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
