Vacation rentals with a patio in Kirton

A great family stay. The accommodation was very well equipped and really comfortable. Hosts responded quickly to any queries and we were really well located for shops and restaurants. Would love to return when we can. Thanks Mel and Brittany for a lovely stay.

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

Easy to find, located behind a pub (pub is currently closed) the lodges are situated away from the pub itself & accessed via the pub car park. Plenty of dedicated parking outside the lodges, with a step to a decked area running along the front of them, to one end of this there is a sloped ramp allowing easier access. The lodge we stayed in was bright, airy, spotless, modern and had all of the basics to provide a comfortable night's rest. Each lodge has it's own en-suite shower room, with only tea & coffee making facilities, but after chatting to Nick, he said he might be able to provide a microwave & small fridge by prior arrangement. Although Nick is not on site, he is nearby & is VERY quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a lovely stay, with the peace & quiet we were looking for, we would highly recommend Walcott Lodges & will certainly be using them again in the future. Thankyou Nick & Anna

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

Great chalet. Had everything we needed. Very clean with fab outdoor space that was peaceful. We didn’t need the second bedroom so used as a dressing room which was great. All cleaning products provided including a Hoover. The towels were lovely and felt like blankets. We both felt very relaxed sat outside with a morning coffee and the sun on our face. Short stroll to the dunes with a 5 minute up and over trail straight onto the beautiful beach. Great food and reasonable price drinks at the site bar and restaurant too 👌🏼💯

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

Absolutely gem of a place, and Claire is absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is immaculate, and such a wonderful home to step into. It's even better than the photos and such a well thought out and airy large space. I came with a 5 and 7 year old and grandparents and the walks to the town, beach, arcades, restaurants and funfair were just about right for them. We know North Norfolk well and usually travel about a fair bit, but it was hard to get away from such a perfect (and really quiet) spot with everything on our doorstep. The only advice I would give is that the under 5 notes are apt, though not necessary for the reasons given (baby supplies etc), but because there are cream kitchen seat cushions and rugs and lush furniture so you could feel a bit nervous with children not yet used to knowing the value of things and who could be a bit clumsy etc! Luckily mine were the perfect age for us all to enjoy it and I would highly recommend this house and host!

Thank you so much to Liz for such a wonderful stay! Liz was an exceptional host, and the accommodation was fantastic, perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk coast. It also offered a much-needed sanctuary in the evenings, with the beautiful courtyard providing the perfect place to unwind. I would highly recommend Hammond Courtyard!

Claire and Neil were very good hosts, their place was very clean, well equipped and truly a homely experience, they really go above and beyond and I've been to a few BnB's and truly they look after you. It's more than just a business, you truly feel like guests at their home, it was a seamless two days I spent with my misses, my sister and her partner and the beds are perfect, location is impeccable and we even all bumped into the host's who gave us some kind words and made sure our stay was perfect whilst we were there. Whenever I visit my sister I will be returning, this is a warm place to be and not just a bed to rest your head! Thankyou Claire and Neil 🫶

Absolutely gorgeous! What a lovely stay we had, the lodge was beautiful - better than the pictures and the surroundings were picturesque. The lodge was tucked away and really private, with only one other lodge next to us. In terms of home comforts, Sue really has thought of everything guests may need to feel at home, all amenities that can be found in self-catering holidays were present and abundantly more! Sue was always there when we needed anything, she would respond promptly and arrive to show us what we needed very quickly. The local treats that were left in the lodge as a welcome gift were a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again 😊

Great location in the centre of historic Lincoln, close to shops, eateries and the cathedral. It’s a beautiful house, very well equipped, with a lovely quiet outside space which we enjoyed. Comfortable beds with high quality linen and modern bathrooms. Rare to find somewhere with three king size beds!

We couldnt have a had a better couple of days, and a large contributing factor to this was Charlottes place. A lovely house in a lovely and private location. Everything was catered for and thought through. The house was exceptionally clean, and there was great communication throughout. I would highly recommend a stay here if visiting the village of Wittering, or nearby surrounding area. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamestown cottage! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. John and Vicky were great hosts—friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy -they even found a charger for my fiancés phone. Highly recommend this lovely spot, and we’d love to come back!

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

Stayed 3 nights while on a conference. Quiet & peaceful, clean, comfy bed, great showeroom & a compact mini kitchen area which was really useful. Would stay again thank you 😀

Well appointed apartment, both bedrooms with en suite. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We stayed during the school holidays and it was relatively peaceful with only a few people walking past. Street parking was always available outside.

It’s the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Sue has thought of everything. It was homely, cosy, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. It was lovely sitting in the conservatory eating our meals and looking out on the garden watching the birds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a very lovely touch. The shower was lovely and hot. It was a lovely base to start our exploration of Rutland and we are already planning our next trip back. It is nice to know that we have found a home from home to stay in. Thank you Sue.

Les is an amazing host and takes great care in ensuring a wonderful experience. The location and space far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor and the most spotless Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. Luxury bedding and comfortable bed allowed for restful sleep. We in town for a wedding and welcomed with lovely bread, sweet treats and candy. Large space, great view of the river, shops and restaurants were nearby. Our kids loved the mocktails downstairs at the wine bar. The hair salon downstairs was even able to squeeze my daughter and me for hair appointments.
