Joe's place was great - and the yard was fantastic. I wish we would have had more time there to enjoy the outdoor amenities. It is close to the Kirtland Temple and other LDS church history sites. Joe is a Kirtland historian and had great insights about the area and it's history. He also had some great artifacts on display. We had a great few days there!

Travelled with 82 yr old mother to visit family. Janeen was extremely pro-active in preparing us for our stay, responded quickly to every question, home was clean as a whistle and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. There wasn’t anything (aside from our food) that we needed that she didn’t have. She even went so far as to assist in finding us an alternate place to stay for one night prior to our scheduled check in, since we arrived to the area a day early. We loved the location of her unit; ground level on the end facing beautiful trees, which made it cozy, private and convenient. The size was perfect, it was quiet and we felt very safe in that area. We were able to take walks thru the neighborhood, walk to the grocery store and to many restaurants. A variety of shopping was a very short drive or walk away. Janeen’s home was absolutely perfect for our 10 day stay and hope to stay at her Airbnb again next year! Thank you so much for everything!

Cozy Retro Home-Close to All Activities in The CLE

This place was great! It was bigger than I thought it was going to be and plenty of room for me and my 2 kids. It was like stepping back in time and I loved every second of it! Playing the jukebox at night and teaching the kids what an 8 track was, how to play a record, that people used to have green carpet was so fun! It was cheaper than a hotel and so much of a cooler experience! The neighborhood was so quiet and nice. We took a long walk at night and felt 100% safe. Would definitely recommend for a unique stay! What Airbnb is all about! Communication was great too! Will hopefully be back!

We came for a long weekend family vacation!! The house looked just like the photos (had everything we needed And more) and the host was very friendly and responsive. The area was very quiet and the little town was beautiful. We enjoyed going to the Lake to walk the beach, the pier to fish and loved that everything was within walking distance. The house had a fire pit so we were able to sit outside most nights and enjoy the weather! We also enjoyed getting ice cream down the street and then walking through the neighborhood looking at all the beautiful little areas they had a long the way. If you are looking for a little home away from home, I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be returning!

Wow!! Chloe was by and far the best host I've encountered in my travels. I've been coming back to this area since I left in the 90s and I've always struggled to find anything that I considered at home. Chloe's home is perfect; comfortable beds, clean home, great water pressure as well as nice and hot. Additionally, filleted tap water that you can drink! Chloe knows the area well and gives great and spot on recommendations for places to eat. She's very responsive and it's very apparent that she takes pride in her home. Would stay here again and again!
