Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden! Zentrum Porec, Strände & Shopping nur max. 10min mit Auto entfernt. Lage war sehr ruhig und friedlich, einfach wunderschön. Sohn von Daniela war immer wieder zu sehen und sehr freundlich. Daniela antwortete auch sehr schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Habe nichts auszusetzen, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!😊👍🏻

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Daniel is truly a superhost—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

Très bel appartement au calme, propre et confortable. Notre petit garçon a beaucoup apprécié l'aire de jeux qui se trouve sur le terrain voisin. Les hôtes sont gentils et toujours disponibles. Il y a une emplacement couvert pour la voiture et le cour est complètement clôturé.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Wir waren 4 Wochen -während unserer Elternzeit - zu Gast in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren zeitweise 5 Erwachsene mit Kind und 2 Hunden und waren alle nachhaltig von Lage, Gemütlichkeit, Ausstattung, Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort beeindruckt und konnten eine schöne, entspannte Zeit verbringen. Die Lage war ein super Ausgangspunkt für alles Sehenswerte in Istrien, Porec, Pula, Motovum etc. Klasse! Ein großes Danke an Berit und Erich für ihre Gastfreundschaft ;)

Ottima location: tranquillissima, fuori dal centro abitato ma a pochi km dal centro di Porec e dal mare. Host gentilissimi e sempre presenti. Appartamento bello, pulito, comodo, ben organizzato negli spazi e ben attrezzato. Piacevoli i due balconi (uno dei due risultava sempre all'ombra!) e l'area del giardino a disposizione degli ospiti (molto comodi i fili per stendere i panni e il barbecue). Assolutamente consigliabile.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Pool war schön groß, sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gab eine Tischtennisplatte und einige Luftmatratzen für den Pool. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, die jedoch sehr privat gestaltet wurde. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet kompletten Sichtschutz. Mit Hunden ist dieser Ort optimal. Im Ort gibt es nur wenige Häuser und man ist sehr ungestört. Man sollte aber unbedingt mobil sein. Wir haben in ca 15 Minuten die schöne Hafenstadt Vrsar besucht. Ein Ausflug nach Rovinj, Medulin und zum Kap Kamenjak sind auch lohnenswert. Zelimir war sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst entgegenkommend. Einer der besten Gastgeber, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe.
