Comfy Home

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the comfy beds, the kitchen and it's a few minutes walk to the centre, train station, Liverpool FC Academy etc. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families. The safari park is a short drive, Liverpool airport, Croxteth hall park, Gulliver’s world etc. are all close by. M57/M58 and M62 are easily accessible. The city centre, Liverpool and Everton football grounds are about 15 minutes drive. No PARTIES please!

There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. I needed a room for the night at short notice for a flying visit to Liverpool, specifically Croxteth. Lawrence was responsive and helpful by message. This included flexibility with checking in and advice on best modes of public transport. Lawrence's house is in a quiet residential area and the room was clean and comfortable. Lawrence is super friendly and welcoming and gave clear instructions on amenities in the house. The house is right beside Croxteth Park and Hall, a Tesco, and buses into Liverpool (about a 20 minute journey). Recommended and very reasonably priced.
