Kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen (ohne Spülmaschine, keine Mikrowelle), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, schnelles WiFi/WLAN, kleiner Fernseher, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a newly renovated house in the center of Kirchzarten. The location, close to the train station is perfect for trips to Freiburg or the black forest. Don't worry, you won't hear any train traffic due to the insulated windows. You can use the front yard exclusively. Grocery stores, a public pool, restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy and an ice cream shop are within walking distance. Free parking is available just around the corner.

The property is ideal for outdoor activities to explore the Black Forest or to take excursions to Freiburg. The property has its own entrance and is located in the souterrain of an EFH. The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
