Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
