From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade.
